Walk In Counselling is a quick response service, making it possible for you to see or talk with a counsellor when your need is there. Walk in to one of the locations at the times listed below.
Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long. You will talk with a therapist who will offer a safe space for you to share your concerns. Together, you will create a plan for what your next steps are. The plan may include coping strategies, steps that you might take to resolve your concern, or a list of other resources that may be of support to you.
Walk In services are offered on a sliding scale or you may be eligible for one of our fully funded programs. Employee benefits can also used. An Intake Worker will work with you to determine a fee you can afford. No one is turned away because of inability to pay.
