Mental Health Resources

Are you on a waiting list for counselling?

It can be frustrating when you call for counselling and find out it will be a few weeks–or more–before your sessions will begin. The resources on this page can help you while you wait! You may be able to gain some understanding of the issues you are facing as well as develop some coping strategies while you are waiting. You can even discuss these strategies with your therapist when your counselling begins.

While waiting for counselling, you can also attend any of our Walk-in Clinics!

Has your counselling finished but you would like to continue your learning?

Just as it can be difficult to start counselling, it can also be difficult to end. You are not alone! These are great “post counselling” resources to help you further your insights and skills.

If you are in crisis, please contact 1-844-HERE247 (1-844-437-3247) anytime, day or night.
